Final images are delivered through the secure image delivery platform PhotoShelter, where clients can easily view, download, and organize their files. Galleries are typically organized into folders based on usage needs, including:
Web-ready images
Social media exports
High-resolution marketing files
Once post-production is complete and the final invoice balance has been received, clients receive gallery access details along with download instructions, making the final handoff process smooth, organized, and easy for both restaurant teams and marketing departments.
As someone who came from the restaurant world before stepping into photography, I understand how much work goes into every plate leaving the kitchen. My process is designed to keep shoots collaborative, efficient, and thoughtfully planned so the final imagery not only looks beautiful, but truly reflects the atmosphere and experience you’ve worked hard to create.
If you’re planning upcoming menu changes, seasonal campaigns, or hospitality content, I’d love to hear more about your project.
The post-production process is where the final polish and consistency of the gallery truly comes together.
Within the following week after the shoot, I apply a first-round edit to the selected hero images and deliver a curated proof gallery as a contact sheet for final image selections and approvals. This gives the creative team an opportunity to review the imagery as a whole and ensure everyone feels aligned before final retouching begins.
Once final selections are approved, the remaining project balance invoice is sent over and I move into the finishing stages of post-production. Over the following 2–3 weeks, each image is individually refined by hand. This includes detailed editing, color consistency, cleanup, cropping, metadata organization, and exporting files in the appropriate formats and dimensions based on their intended usage.
Rather than relying on batch processing, each image is intentionally edited to maintain a cohesive and elevated final gallery that accurately reflects the restaurant’s atmosphere, food, and brand identity.
